These Terms apply to CMJPG.COM and the privately operated services and integrations associated with it.

Personal and limited-purpose service

CMJPG is primarily a personal home-lab and technology environment. Public pages may provide site and policy information, while other services may be restricted to authorized users.

Authorized integrations

Features that connect to third-party services, including Google services, may be used only with authorization from the applicable account holder. Google Calendar access used by the MagicMirror integration is intended for read-only display of authorized calendar information.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation or security, abuse authentication systems, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Availability

CMJPG services are provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, restarted, unavailable, or discontinued without notice.

Third-party services

Some functionality depends on third-party services and APIs governed by their own terms and policies.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site or its integrations change.
